Re: SRST and voice mail

Are you using MGCP Failback/SRST? If so you probably do not have an outbound POTS dialpeer with a destination pattern of 9T.

Re: SRST and voice mail

Yes , it's MGCP and SRST, but I do have 9T under outbound dial peer and outbound works very well in SRST mode.

Here is dial -peer config

dial-peer voice 100 pots

application mgcpapp

destination-pattern 9T

direct-inward-dial

port 2/0:23

The problem is only forward call . For test purpose, actually I also tried forward the call to internal number but still get fast busy signal. I am thinking maybe I missed any other SRST related command, like call-forward pattern.

Re: SRST and voice mail

You can use

sh ephone-dn summary : Virtual dial peers

debug ephone state

To se what is happening with the forward call.
