SRST Callback to main site

What is the simplest way to do the following?

Say I have a remote site and that site goes into SRST mode. I need to setup where if someone at the remote site dials the extension number of someone at the main site how can you prefix the digits automatically so it goes through the PSTN?

You would need to use translation rules on the SRST gateway to manipulate the outgoing call:

Translation rules are probably the best, but you can also add pots dial-peers that match your site codes, and prefix the area code and NXX. As long as they do not overlap with your regular pots dial-peers.

For example if your other site code is 555 which has 212-555-XXXX DIDs, create a pots dial peer with the following parameters:

destination-patter of 555....

prefix 1212555

So what’s the difference between a "translation-rule" and a "voice translation-rule"
