SRST configuration when exicuting dialout on PRI

I have SRST set up on a 2620. Everything seems to work pretty good for both inbound and outbound. However, when some one exicutes a dialout of the PRI on the 2620 (9.xxx.xxx.xxxx) there is a long silent pause before ringing starts and the call is exicuted. Is there a timer or something that will release the call sooner.

Re: SRST configuration when exicuting dialout on PRI

This is because the SRST Router does not understand the dialplan.

You could use a # at the end to terminate the call (You may need a Dial-peer to do this, I cannot remember)

The alternative is to configure the complete Dialplan on the router which is not an easy task and will depend on what country you are in.
