SRST Configuration

I have a 2811 router running

c2800nm-advipservicesk9-mz.123-14.T5.bin software. After putting the router

into SRST mode I am unable to make an inbound call. I have included the

running config, the q931 debug, and the sh ver.

Re: SRST Configuration

lets go through config....

1. you have "ccm-manager fallback-mgcp " - check

2. you are missing:

"call application alternate default"

but since your IOS is 12.3(14)T this command has been replaced with:

R(config)#application

R(config-app)#global

R(config-app-global)#service alternate Default

3. The other thing you are missing is placing "direct-inward-dial" on your "dial-peer voice 1 pots".

please rate helpful posts.

Re: SRST Configuration

You may also add,

dial-peer voice 10 pots

incoming called-number .

port 1/0/0:23

You are also missing a pattern similar to 9T so that when mgcp falls back to h323 mode, calls will be matched by the dial-peer.

Re: SRST Configuration

hi,

i have gone through your configuration. Can you tell are you getting busy tone?.

It looks like you have dial-peer issue when router falls to SRST.

Can u post you debug isdn q931 for failed calls.

Also checked whether the channesl are configured for top-down or bottom up
