If I am using a private network with ip telephony only (no pstn)and not using srst then should i go for an ip or ip+ image?

You would need the IP Plus IOS software to recognize any VIC or VWIC cards in the hardware. Otherwise, your voice is just a normal IP packet so you just need the IP feature set.
