I have SRST configured, when the media fails, SRST start working, when the media is regenerated SRST is still working and I have to reset the phones to log them to CM again.
Can anybody help me?

how long are you waiting? In some locations it can take up to 2 minutes for our phones to reconnect. Also, how is your ccm configured? are you using dns or did you name it by ip? I had some dns issues, and I changed the name in ccm, not the actual machine name!! don't change the actual machine name or sql server will go to pot and it may not be recovered! try using ip for the ccm and see if that helps.

I have the same problem. When the WAN goes down, all the phone go to SRST, but when the WAN comes up again, some phones stay is SRST until you reset them. I noticed this 2 days after the WAN went down.
It's the same on the 2 remote sites. Is there a solution?
