I am intstalling a new PRI into a Call Manager system. The customer is using a Long Distance service that requires an access code to be appended to the end of the dial-digit string. How can I accomplish his utilizing 3662 router with Multiflex T1 card? The main issue is that if I place a call with the access code (7digits) after the 10 digit number the far end is seeing the entire string as the dialed number. I need to be able to pause after the 10 digit Long Distance number and the have the access-code sent.

Please help...

Inbound calls are working on this PRI.

Thanks,

If you are using the long distance number, then you should be placing a "1" in front of the 10 digit number. Here is a url that might help you out. http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/788/AVVID/call_routing.html#tshoot
