We seem to have a issue w/ static across the WAN when we put a caller on hold , the music on hold has a lot of static ....any one else ...any fixes...Thanks for any help !!

What type of endpoint is across the WAN. Is it and ip phone or a gateway. When the call is up do you have this problem? What is the WAN link speed?
