Status Mon. shows all ports taking 90 min messages

Unity<br>Serial integration with a InteComm E14 Millenium PBX<br>48 Ports (4 12-port Dialogic boards)<br><br>This past weekend, Unity stopped responding. At the server we fired up Status Monitor and went into Port Status; Nearly all of the ports showed that they had been busy for over 90 minutes "taking message for subscriber..."<br><br>Selecting and resetting the ports did not work. We finally restarted the server and that cleared up the problem. We have occasionally had a single port that does this but this is the first time nearly all the ports were affected. Initial checking on the server has not turned up anything that might suggest what the problem was.<br><br>I would appreciate any thoughts or suggestions on what to look for, what to test or what to do.<br><br>Thank you.<br><br>David Stephens<br>Pepperdine University

Port lock-ups like this are a good candidate for opening TAC case. More often than not, resolution will require the setting, retrieval and analysis of system traces (something that TAC can help out on).
