status unknown in web attendant console.

i have web attendant console 1.1.2 installed on CM3.1.3a, installed the client, when i login, i see quite a number of users/extensions' status shown with "?", which indicates status unknown. but after i dial the extension, it will reflect the correct status. is this a known problem? there is nothing like refresh botton i can click.....:-(

any fix?

Symptom: Initial line state shows Unknown status for all directory numbers

You are running the 3.1(X) version of CallManager. Initial line

state is not available with this release train of CallManager. Once there is

activity on the line (e.g., off- hook), the line state is updated. Upgrade to 3.2(X) or higher version of the CallManager.

In 3.1(X), the initial line state is not available. Call all the hunt group lines once so that the server gets the initial line state of the hunt group line.

or Upgrade to CM 3.2 so that the initial line state is available.
