.STI files in 3.1(2c) to 3.1(3a) Upgrade.

When upgrading from 3.1(2c) to 3.1(3a) I found that the STI file was not compatible with 3.1(3a). I was under the impression that STI files were a standard format when working with CallManager 3.1. The problem arose when importing a 3.1(2c) .sti file into a 3.1(3a) build.

Any comments or pointers would be greatly appreciated .

Thanks Mark.

The rule of thumb and the way it actually works is if you do a backup on 3.1(2c) you must restore that backup on 3.1(2c) only you can't restore that on 3.1(3a) or any other versions. The same would apply to all verions of callmanager and the corresponding backup versions that go with them.

Thank you,
