stiBack Errors

CCM3.3.3 and CRS3.1 on separate boxes. Get errors on the CRA SQL database as below. On configuration all is fine when I verify. Any comments?

Rory

Re: stiBack Errors

It sounds a lot like you don't have the SA username and/or password for your IPCC Express server entered into the backup utility. On your backup server, right-click on the MCSBackup icon in your taskbar, select Configure Settings, and pick the CRA tab at the top. Enter your SQL sa login and password here.

Re: stiBack Errors

Login and password are correct for the Admin account as shown by the Verify option on the backup; without this it would not have got as far as it did. But maybe the Admin and SA passwords differ - would this be an issue?

Re: stiBack Errors

Had this same exact problem before. Install MCS backup on your CRA server and configure it as a backup target. Make sure you keep the version consistent with what is loaded on Call Manager.

For your reference the following link explains the install of the backup and recovery tool for the CRA side.
