Stibackup failed to copy C:\Dcdsrvr\Backup\Database.Dat

Hello,

Here is an extract of the file stiback.log where it complains about the file database.dat which is not found in source folder. However, the DC directory works well because user can successfully update their profile.

The CCM is running CCM V3.3(2):

win-OS-Upgrade.2000-2-3spJ.exe

SQL2K-MS02-061.exe

SQL2K-ServicePack3.1-0-1.exe

MCSbackup.3-5-18.exe

ciscocm.3-3-2-spB.exe

ciscocm_3-3-2-es25.exe

Does anyone know could happen ?

Kind regards

Albert.

Try running this command C:\Dcdsrvr\Bin\Dcbckdib.cmd /y BACKUP C:\Dcdsrvr\Backup. If this doesn't fix the problem, try reinstalling the backup utility.
