Stock,whether services on the ip phone

I downloaded and installed SDK kit on the Server. I gave the right url of the server (where I downloaded SDK kit and it is running IIS). I also subscribed to IP phone. When I am trying to check the stock it does nothing. Can some one provide me the how to access the stock on the IP phones.
