Strange error on Rogger

I'm getting this error on my rogger icm 4.6.2 coincidentally (or not) the cti service on my callmanager has stopped for no apparent reason. Has anyone seen this error before or know what it might mean?

I am not familiar with the ICM side of things but I did find this description of the error on more than one occasion:

"That message is received because the call no longer exists. The events in the

log are not really errors. They are informational. Check the CFNA on the Call Manager (Call Forward No Answer timer in Call). ICM has the ability to Forward No Answer. If the ICM timer is longer than the Call Manager Call Forward No Answer timer, the call will basically disappear from ICM’s point of

view...."

Does the application event log on your CallManager provide any indications why CTI Manger has quit?
