Does Stream Watch (IP/TV Content Manager) use SNMP to get data from IP/TV Broadcast Servers? We would like to use a network management tool to observe and collect Stream Watch data, set alarms and etc.. I don't see any published SNMP MIBs for it.
StreamWatch does not use SNMP. SW actually collects RTSP data from viewers to populate its various information fields. The RTSP data is communicated between IPTV viewers and the program-source IPTV server. That IPTV server then makes available a multicast that SW clients can join to see the aggregate reports.
