Hi all,
We have 6 CCM clusters around the world. We are using 8 digit dialing plan, for example 801xxxxx in Hong Kong, 802xxxxx in China, 803xxxxx in Taiwan, 804xxxxx in Japan, 805xxxxx in US and 806xxxxx in Europe. I want my customers to dail 6 digits instead of 8 digits. How to configure in CCM??

You might want to start off by making certain your digit length provides unique blocks of numbers for routing purposes.

Hi Ken,
You can use the "Translation Pattern" config on the Route Plan menu to transform the constant digit to one digit, for example user dial 2xxxxxx > the CCM wil send 802xxxxxx and so on.
to do so, set 2xxxxxx in the translation pattern box,
and 80 in the prefix digits (outgoing calls) .
I think it will do the job.
Good luck, Avi
