Stripping off the prefix in outgoing voip leg

This may be a dumb question. I want a simpler way to strip off the prefix 852 in outgoing voip leg to CM. Currently I'm using translation rule and it appears to be clumsy. Any suggestion:

translation-rule 10

Rule 1 8520.% 0 ANY unknown

Rule 2 8521.% 1 ANY unknown

Rule 3 8522.% 2 ANY unknown

Rule 4 8523.% 3 ANY unknown

Rule 5 8524.% 4 ANY unknown

Rule 6 8525.% 5 ANY unknown

Rule 7 8526.% 6 ANY unknown

Rule 8 8527.% 7 ANY unknown

Rule 9 8528.% 8 ANY unknown

Rule 10 8529.% 9 ANY unknown

dial-peer voice 85203 voip

destination-pattern 852....

translate-outgoing called 10

session target ipv4:192.168.0.2
