subcriber caller input options not working

Unity 3.1.3 - User trying to check messages from another phone. Presses " * " key to bypass (caller input set to "send caller to sign-in"), but nothing happens, users greeting continues to play.

I have rebuilt voicmail box once and tested good. Later same day it no longer works.

If the caller input function breaks again or if it's broken now, try downloading the latest Directory Walker (aka DBWalker) from www.answermonkey.net and check to see if you are getting any errors in the section that reports problems with mapped keys. It's a good place to start and the tool should give you some input on fixing the error.

Lennie - Thanks for your input, I forgot about using DBWalker. I ran the application and it showed no mapped key issues. Any other suggestions?
