Subscriber can't check voicemail after modify user's account in EXSever.5.5

VM3.0(4) work with Exchange 5.5. There are working fine. Recently, scbscriber can't check voicemail after modifies user account in Exchange. I used althernative Extensions to forward voice mail. Once I modify user accoutn informqation in Exchange, then althernative extension of scbscriber was blank" " automatcally.

There isn't much information for us to go on here and I can't find a defect filed against this behavior. What property did you update on the mailbox which causes this? Are you able to reproduce this?

There are Unity4.0(3) work with Exchange Server 5.5.

The subscriber was import from existing Exchange Server and add Alternative extensions # for voicemail routing. Once I modify a user account in Exchange Server such as address, then the user can't access voice mail. I checked althernative extension in unity. The number was become blank.

it is may be synchronize problem, but I'm not sure. How I do that?
