Subscriber not being asked for password

Hello,

I am having a problem that the user is not being asked for a password. It is almost like Unity does not see the extension as a valid subscriber. It just asks you to either transfer or wait for an operator. Where should I be looking for these types of settings? The only time it does work is if the subscriber has a new message waiting for them.

Re: Subscriber not being asked for password

Dustin,

I have 2.4.6.102 and I HAD 1.0.028. I guess this is a known bug once I got hold of TAC. I installed 1.0.0.32 and all is back to normal. Any other gotchas that anyone knows from this combo. BTW I have CallManager 3.0.8. Thanks for the reply.

There are known caveats, whether you run into them or not is the question. I would look at the release notes, and see if any of the known/resolved caveats apply to you.

TSP:

Unity 2.4.6:

Unity 3.0:
