Subscriber not located int my new Directory Handler

Hi

My subscribers are not in my directory Handler and I don't know why

I check all I can with the bellow URL - It seems OK

Do you have an idea ?

Are you trying to dial-by-name from the menu? The subscriber needs to have their name recorded before it can be found.

Yes, All my subscribers are registered .

I can print a report with my subscribers but Directory Handler tall me that no nobody is in the directory

My subscribers voice mail boxes work too !

How are you actually setting this up? Did you base the new directory handler on the main one? Did you specify anything specific in the "Search Options" for the Directory Handler? What error are you getting? Does it simply not find anybody or does it give you a failsafe greeting? If you press ## you can switch from eg name dialing to digit dialling, does the problem happen with both scenarios?
