I have unity 302 and CM3.1(0.35) and when setting up a subs through normal procedure I go to the users phone for the first time and hit messages and she says enter your id instead of enter your password. When I enter my id it says that the system is temporarily unable to complete your call.<br><br>Checked the switch integration and under both it says cm 301 or greater with tapi and I have the tsp from the unity cd installed.<br><br>Is there a compatability issue here. I am also using this in demo mode for customer demo.<br><br>Thanks,<br><br>Paul.<br><br>

The failsafe message that you’re getting will not be caused by the integration. Unity will log an error message to the application log ever time it plays failsafe. Can you please post the error message you are getting? These error messages are needed to troubleshoot failsafe.
