Solved: Subscriber Sign-In

Where is the wav for the Subscriber Sign-in located?

I need to change it from saying "Please enter your ID followed by pound" to say "Please enter your extension followed by pound key".

I know it is kind of silly but for some reason the "ID" is tripping up some of the employees.

you'll find all the prompts under \commserver\localize\prompts\enu\G711\ (may be a slightly different path if you have other languages or have G729a prompts installed).

Each conversation has it's own prompt folder - the one you want is SubSignIn - there's a PROMPT.INI file in there that has a list of all the prompts and the entire text of their wording - find the one you want to change and rerecord it.

Be aware this is not TAC supported and when you do an upgrade the change will be wiped out and you'll have to do it again - just so you know.
