Subscriber web page

All my user who have mailboxs are working correctly, but when you go to view thier profile page under subscribers, none of the information shows up.. all the fields are blank. If I go to the greetings page or caller input page everthings seems good. Any clues on why just one page would not show up?

I am also having trouble adding users. This is a standalone Unity with Exchange located on the box. When I attempt to add a user one at a time I can't add them. If I import them from Exchange the user seems to be imported into the add user page but all the fields are blank, then if I do an update the system tells me the fields are blank. If I use the import tool I can import the user but again the user profile page is blank. I have checked the rights on the service account and all seems to be in order.
