Subscriber weirdness

Although everything is working properly, I noticed that the control center page for my subscriber doesn't show all the services that are running.

I check the windows control panel and can see all

the services are running.

Is there a way to get the web interface straightened out?

That sounds strange. I would try rebooting it if its not production. Are you having other problems with the web admin? Or is it just the control panel? I bet a reboot (if you didn't try it already) would fix the problem.

You might also try restarting the IIS Services.
