Subscribers unable to forward messages to other subscribers

VM Only...

Unity 3.1.4 / MSDE2000 SP2/Hotfix2 / Exchange2000 SP2 / Win2k SP2

When subscribers attempt to forward VM to another subscriber, subscribers are prompted with the following message:

'no email address associated with extension'

Also, tried to POP3 into subscribers mailbox to see message. Unable to access mailbox. Tried using servername\subscriberMailbox with phone password. Unsuccessful. Need to see if CallerID - Important

I have cut and pasted my response that I just made to another post having similiar issues.

Is there a problem with the E2K Recipient Update Service (RUS)? This is responsible for updating the users AD account with an smtp address, once that address is their Unity notices the change and writes it to the SQL database.

Check to see if the AD accounts failing have SMTP address, if they don't try running the E2K RUS. If they do have SMTP address then their is a problem with Unity synching with AD.
