Subscription to Services not working

Hi,

I have upgraded to CM 3.2(c) and am having problems with my subscription services. I can go to the CCMUSER page and subscribe and unsubscribe to services, but there are no changes made to the phone. I have also deleted and re-created the services on the CM and am still having the same problem. I have stopped and re-started my IIS service as well as re-booting both my Publisher and Subscriber CM. Has anyone else experienced this?

P.S. - I have verified my urls and can get to them from my PC.

At first I was going to suggest you check your urls but it looks like you have. Other than that, check if Cisco is aware of a problem. Let us know what you come up with.
