I have 1 supervisor agent running CRS 3.02 and when I try to log in with the supervisor agent desktop I get a error "This ID does not have supervisor rights" I went into User Maint. in my CRS3.0 server under tools and made my user ID supervisor. Please tell me what I am missing.

Try adding the supervisor using the Cisco Desktop Administrator->Personal
Configuration->Supervisors.

Ok I added the Super and now it says my password is not valid. Where dose it authenticate. I am assuming it is getting it from my user account on Cisco.

I found that the supervisor password is initially set to the username, NOT to the password set in the Active Directory or DC Directory as one might think. I didn't see it in the docs anywhere, although I didn't look very hard... Hope this helps.
