Supervisor not able to monitor agents

We have ICM ver 4.6.2 and there is a problem with Supervisor not able to monitor agents ...the error message returned is:

13:08:51 At least one Voice over IP Server is down and is attempting to recover ... You can't monitor some of the agents.

Though it says some agents,none of the agents can be monitored.This was working fine before.This problem started only this morning.Any thoughts?

Hi Anu,

Are you using the Cisco Agent Desktop? If so, what version? And does the error message also appear when you log a supervisor into the supervisor desktop?
