SX20 packge

Hi,

I have a new cisco telepresence sx20 and i want to install it on the CUCM (8.6.2.21900-5), i got device packge from the cisco web site (s52010tc7_0_1.pkg) and when i install it using the browser os administration>software upgrades>install/upgrade> and it gives me error (name does not match any filter patter)

Any help to install this packge on the CUCM

Because that file is not meant to be installed on CUCM.

Use the web interface from the SX20 to upgrade it, or WinSCP
