SX20 touch-panel disconnect alert/notification

Hello community,

Does anyone know if it's possible to generate alerts (email notification) when touch pannel unpairs? We have been having issue with the touch-panel unpairing and I want a way of spotting it when it occurs so that I can collect the touch panels logs before they get overwrittne.

Thank you so much.  Here is my touch panel log below. As you can see my touch panel is trying to reconnect due to a loss of heartbeat. My question is, how often do the touch panels send/exchange heart beats to the SX20 and is there a way for me to increase the heart beat timer in order to make the synch between the touch panel and the SX20 more tollorant?
