Symantec Antivirus compatibility

I have a customer running CallManager 3.3(5) with CSA. They were running Symantec 9.0 antivirus with no problems. They upgraded to Symantec 10.0 and now the Symantec antivirus service shuts down sporadically and antivirus updates can only be performed manually by shutting down the CSA service. Is Symantec 10.0 Cisco approved for callmanager? I found product bulletin 2578 from 5/17/2005 which shows Symantec 9.0 is approved but I can't find anything on 10.0.

It was not approved for use with CCM until end of jan. Not sure if something changed recently. I am not able to find any info online.
