T1 CAS Call disconnect during conversation

We have T1 CAS trunks into a 2851 router. Users are complaining of calls being disconnected in the middle of their conversations. The following is the error that appears when it happens:

EM_HTSP_EVENT_TIMER: INVALID INPUT

Could this be an e&m timing issue?

is the point of the dropped calls time the same every time? Such as 3 minutes or 180 seconds

Yeah it always appears to be at the same time. Around 180 secs.

There is fix for this somewhere I read in the forum about an h323 gateway timing out and resetting the calls (dropping the call basically) The router thinks the keep alive is dead and drops the h323 gateway. Search the forums or check this post out:
