There are a few things you can check on your side of the video conference.
- Is the camera lens cap on/off?
- Is your Tandberg 1700MXP's presentation mode set to main cam?
- Is encryption turned on/off on both ends? Both should be set the same for the video call.
- When was the last time your conference endpoint worked?
- Did any changes occur from the last time it functioned properly?
The other team can check their video conference endpoint.
- When was the last time their video conferencing endpoint worked?
- Did any changes occur from the last time their endpoint worked?
- Have them check their video layout. On Tandberg remotes the button is located to left of the |X Cancel| button.
