TAPI: detecting disconnecting state

Could anybody tell me how to detect with TAPI which participant of the call do the on-hook after the phone conversation ?

Because I only want to do sg when the remote participant hook the phone on first.

I am not sure exactly what you are trying to do. What tapi devices are you using in your scenario? What version of CCM are you using?

I am using CCM 3.1

I would like to detect when the call is hung off from the remote side, so I want to make difference between remote and local disconnection, but how ?
