TAPS does not start

I have TAPS configured on my system and it all works fine, however when the system is shutdown and restarted it does not always start. it is set for automatic in the services. A manual start kicks it back on.

Is this a bug or by design for TAPS

I can't image that being by design. Which version of BAT are you using, which version of CM, and did you install the appropriate TAPS version that pairs up with the BAT you are using?

I have noticed this on Call Manager 3.0(11) with BAT 4.1

The problem still exists with BAT 4.2 on Call Manager 3.1(1).
