TAPS - log message - DN exists on multiple lines

Doing a 350 phone deployment, and toward the end of the day, we started getting errors when using TAPS to register phones. The TAPS log says:

"Auto-Registered phone's Directory Number exists on multiple lines."

When I check the Route Plan Report, the DN used exists only on the phone we BATted in with what appears to be a proper BAT-created dummy MAC address.

Any other reasons why this error would appear?

on route plan report check un assigned DN, after you taps in a phone the DN used is not deleted.

Thanks. I have removed the pool of AutoReg numbers we used from the Unassigned DN list, and also checked that list for the other DNs (the ones we were trying to register). I'm not sure I found much, but we'll try again and see if we have more success this time.
