I have my as5350 loaded with a tcl 2.0 script named app_ring.tcl which i have downloaded from cisco software site. I used this script as a filler for post dial delay that im experiencing in my e1/r2 pstn connection. The script plays an audio prompt the moment a user dials an outgoing pstn call, plays a ring tone and connects the call.
The problem is the script only works sccp clients but for h323 endpoints it just rings continiously and does not connect my call.
The debug stops at the message playing the audio prompt but i hear no audio prompt and only ringback.
Does anyone already tried this script? Have you tried the script work for h323 endpoints?
By the way, i am using an ATA186 version 3.0 registered to a call manager software version 3.3
