I'm having the same problem you have and I have the application aa under the dial peer pots statement. Another problem I have is that if I dont dial any number, the system is supposed to redirect the number to the operator. That is not working; but if I dial 0 it will send the call to the operator. The documentation says that it's supposed to send the call to the operator if no button is pressed.
When I call the pilot I get a fast busy; I can only get into the AA when I dial from a POTS line. When the AA answers, I get the prompts and If I don't press any number, I can wait forever and the system won't forward the call to the operator. As soon as I dial 0 it goes to the operator number. Below is the config. Thanks
If you mean you cannot get into the AA number when you dial from an ITS phone, then that is correct. The AA was not designed to work that way. It was designed only for the incoming POTS lines, or potentially incoming voip calls. However having said that there is a work around. You cna configure a dummy dial peer with any number and configure the application outbound on the dial peer.
For example :
dial-peer voice 9999 voip
application auto_att outbound
This should work.
For the problem with tranferring to operator, it should work after a timeout of ten seconds. I will look into it and let you know. Menawhile if you can, please forward debug voip ivr all, so I can see it happening.
The short answer is that you don't.... That isn't entirely true while at
the same time it kind of is, but for the most part you don't configure
the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
