TCL ivr script exit codes & Radius server

Hello,

I use tcl script to control incomming calls (changed standard cisco's example script) so if called number is unvalid, script exits with error code "Invalid number format" (0x1C). It works fine, "show call history voice brief" proves this. But radius server receives start-stop packets for some gateways and stop packets for others. If I use "Call rejected" (0x15) instead of "Invalid number format" there are no start/start-stop packets sent to radius. Can anyone please explain why this happens and if it is possible to exit with "Invalid number format" code and reject the call as in "Call rejected" case without any start/start-stop packets after that. Thanks in advance.

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.
