Hi everyone,

I was just wondering: is it possible for me to conference calls on the fly? This is an example of what I mean : I have two lines on my IP phone. While on a conversation with someone on the first line, I receive another call on my second line. Is it possible for me to conference in the party on the first line on my second call without telling him/her to hang up?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

One way that comes to mind is to park the call that is on the second line and then conference that call back in to the first line by pressing conference and then the call park extension.

Thanks Matthew,

I will try that. But the classic situation for this issue would be deciding to conference the first party in after confirming that the second party wants to participate. It is hardly likely that one would park the first call with the expectation that the other party would like to be in a conference call.
