Telephony login Attempts Exceeded

Every feew months I get this email stating that "Telephony login Attempts Exceeded" sent to the administrator. At this time the event log contains these errors

Computer: UNITY

Description:

The COM+ Services DLL (comsvcs.dll) was unable to load because allocation of thread local storage failed.

Process Name: AvCsMgr.exe

Error Code = 0x80070008 : Not enough storage is available to process this command.

COM+ Services Internals Information:

File: .\comsvcs.cpp, Line: 289

This usually does not prevent the systme from functioning however this morning it stopped allowing peolple to access the system and said "the system is temporarily unavailable"

A reboot of course fixed this and all is well I was just wondering if someone could explain why I am getting these messages and if there was a painless way of avoiding them.

Unity 3.1.1 UM Exchange 2000 sp2 CCM 3.1.3a

Thanks.

Re: Telephony login Attempts Exceeded

I think you are seeing this:

You should upgrade to 3.1(5).
