Template needed

I am starting to put together a VoIP design for my enterprise (10 facilities w/call centers). Does anyone know where I can find a template or survey form that will help me make sure I have all of my bases covered?

This is a design overview but it has many links to other voice design parameter white papers. Just remember, in the voice world the biggest concern you have is DELAY.
