We're running Terminal Server 4.0 SP6 with Citrix Metaframe. If our clients are using a PC with Citrix client, they cannot listen to their voicemails throught the sound card, but we do have a number of users who are using NeoStation workstations. Users who are using the NeoStations are able to listen to voicemails using speakers connected to the Neo. Either client is able to play their messages through the phone.
