It is CAD environment...Is there any way to get a pop up on agent desktop on wrap up so that the agent can type some text(like caller name) and codes? It will be useful for better call search options later.
Not that I know of in CAD. It may be possible with CTIOS where you might be able to do some DDE/OLE work to push the call data into an external database and then have an interface for the agents to enter the data.
