I do I test SRST, I read you need to use an access list does any one have the details of what it is and where to apply it?
Thanks

You need to block SCCP traffic to your CallManager servers from the voice vlan.
So from your voice VLAN to ports 2000 - 2002 on CallManager.

To test SRST, you will need to deny access from your remote site to your CallManagers. You could simply take down the link between the sites or as you said apply an ACL that denies traffic from the remote subnet to the subnet where your CallManagers reside. You could apply the ACL on the remote site router or on the router at the CallManager site that terminates the remote site connection.
Hope this helps.
