If we purchase only 2 licenses for RealSpeak (the text to speech engine with the human sounding voice), what happens exactly when the 3rd person attempts to access that functionality? Do they graciously get bumped off with a message telling them to call back later? Do they get a busy signal? Does it create any problems by a third person calling in?<br><br>

If there are already two active TTS sessions going, if a third person tries to access a TTS session the resource manager doesn't allow it and the conversations fail that message gracefully, telling the user we can't play that message right now and to try again later. They can proceed to listen to their voice mails, faxes or continue trying to get a TTS resource if they like. It doesn't hang up on them or do anything unusually brutal.
