Just wanted to see if anyone is using this, I have CCM 3.1(2). It is working but the voice is not very good, if anyone has ever used a program call JAWS it is allot like that. If you go to the website for L & H RealSpeek http://www.dyslexia.co.uk/hear_it.htm you can hear a Demo and mine is nothing like this.<br><br>Lan/Wan Administrator

Are you using RealSpeak or TTS3000? TTS3000 is a much cheaper (and less sophisticated) TTS engine that we offer. If you're using that, you should expect the voice quality to be significantly worse than what you hear with a RealSpeak demo.

You can tell which engine you're licensed for by looking at the Key Dump output (you'll find this under the Unity program group). The "TTS Vendor" field will display
"L&H 3000" or "RealSpeak".

OK it is the L&H 3000 so I guess I cant do anything to make it better is that right?

Oh and we have something in common... I too went therough the ceiling, but I'm in a 2 story and happened to land on the first stair going down and ended up at the bottom...

well, you can upgrade to RealSpeak but it'll cost a few extra bucks. For the record I don't think we mark it up at all... the per port price is set by L&H. I hear we're working on negotiating a better deal though.

Yeah, I've got a lot of folks tell me they fell through the ceiling. I don't feel like such a dork any more. One guy fell through a plaster ceiling in a rental and took part of an expensive chandelier with him... ouch...
