Just wanted to see if anyone is using this, I have CCM 3.1(2). It is working but the voice is not very good, if anyone has ever used a program call JAWS it is allot like that. Are you using RealSpeak or TTS3000? TTS3000 is a much cheaper (and less sophisticated) TTS engine that we offer. If you're using that, you should expect the voice quality to be significantly worse than what you hear with a RealSpeak demo.
You can tell which engine you're licensed for by looking at the Key Dump output (you'll find this under the Unity program group). The "TTS Vendor" field will display "L&H 3000" or "RealSpeak".
well, you can upgrade to RealSpeak but it'll cost a few extra bucks. For the record I don't think we mark it up at all... the per port price is set by L&H. I hear we're working on negotiating a better deal though.
